I have been a client of IQ Option since 2016, and my account reached Diamond VIP status after trading over $1.2 million. Throughout my time with the platform, I have experienced several serious and alarming violations, including:

Failure to deliver the promised Diamond VIP benefits, despite meeting all eligibility requirements (e.g., my assigned account manager was deleted, and I did not receive the advertised priority services).

Clear evidence of platform manipulation, including suspicious price movements and trade executions that strongly indicate tampering and unfair trading conditions.

Refusal to provide a full and official account statement upon formal request, which is a basic financial right and critical for transparency.

Major and abrupt changes to licensing and user terms without any prior notice, negatively affecting my investment decisions and legal security.

Acceptance of deposits via unregulated and unauthorized intermediaries (such as individual Papara and Bitcoin transfers), raising serious concerns of illegal financial practices.

Occasional unjustified delays in withdrawal processing, even for small amounts contradicting their own stated policies.

These violations have caused me severe financial and emotional harm.

Therefore, I formally demand:

A full refund of my funds, along with fair compensation for the damages suffered.

An official and comprehensive account statement covering all transactions.

A formal apology and an internal investigation into the listed violations.

If these demands are not met promptly, I am prepared to escalate the matter through all available international legal channels against IQ Option.

Note: All evidence and documentation have been preserved and are ready to be submitted to the relevant authorities.

Recommendation:

I strongly advise staying away from IQ Option. The volume and severity of violations I have encountered are more than enough to serve as a serious warning to others and could serve as the basis for a historical case against the company.

Until today, April 27, 2025, I have not received any response at all, and my request has not been processed, nor has there been any response regarding the request. There is only evasion and complete disregard for messages.

This response from IQ Option to my Trustpilot review does not address my request and instead provides a generic reply without offering a real solution وMy request is clear: I am asking for an official document of the contract that governed my relationship with your company when I opened my account in 2016.

I have been reaching out to your support team through multiple channels for 65 days without receiving any response.

I am facing complete neglect whenever I request any official document from the company . Directing me to contact support or email again is unhelpful, as I have already done that with no results.

The refusal to provide an official document raises serious concerns about the companys transparency and credibility. A reputable and legally compliant company should have no issue providing such documents to its clients. Given the numerous legal complaints and fines against IQ Option, your reluctance to provide basic documentation only reinforces these concerns.

I expect a clear and direct response addressing my request.

If I do not receive the requested document, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.

I asked IQ Option to provide me with a copy of the contract I agreed to when I opened my account in 2016, which is a basic right for any client to ensure that I know the legal terms that bind me to the company. However, my request was completely ignored and not responded to, which raises serious questions about the transparency and legal practices of this company.

I noticed that during the 8 years of my dealings with iq Option Company, until now I have not received anything official from them, neither an account statement, nor a copy of the contract, nor any official records.

I have had very bad experiences with the company over the past 8 years and I will write about them in the reviews and highlight each problem separately for the benefit of all.

Any reliable company that respects its customers and abides by the laws should be able to provide this type of documentation readily.

Their refusal to provide me with the contract raises doubts about their credibility and perhaps an attempt to hide illegal terms or mislead customers.

If you are considering trading with this company, think twice! Not being able to obtain your own contract means that you could be exposed to significant legal risks without any real protection.

Recommendation: Stay away from this platform until they prove that they are a transparent company that respects the rights of their customers.

I spent quite a while time at this platform to understand its values. What you cant do with forex trading, here it was possible.

I was just picking correlated assets and open quick trades, predicting the trend. This gave me a consistent trading volume, while I could save some energy on traditional cfd trading, looking for big RR setups. What made this exact broker special, is their reliability in these years.

They:

a) Didnt freeze or cancel payments. I get my withdrawals on time without exceptions

b) Executed my orders with quotes, I requested, not games, no sudden stops triggered

This was my way of trading that provided me with some good $$$
